Talentgrator is a recruitment agency based in Prague, Czech Republic. Our team actively helps companies involved in game development, payment systems, online platforms, and other directions of the iGaming industry to expand their teams with professional specialists!

We work with positions from Middle to C-level in such areas as development, design, digital marketing, game management, game analytics, and many others.

Right now we are looking for a recruiter to join our team in the Kyiv office!

Required skills:

• Experience in active technical and non-technical recruitment vacancies;
• Experience in iGaming/IT/fintech recruiting will be a plus;
• Ability to formalise customer requirements for the vacancy;
• LinkedIn and Facebook loyal user;
• English level: Intermediate.
• The ability to work with professional search resources as well as  X-Ray and Boolean search.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Client’s hiring managers;
• Self-compilation of job descriptions and publication of non-trivial vacancies;
• Working with candidates on job portals and professional social media;
• Screening and interviewing candidates;
• Supporting the client and candidates at every stage of the interview;
• A constant search for new opportunities, technologies and resources in recruitment.
